Behind the Stage

Arciform worked with the designers, vPPR Architects, to fabricate and install their Behind the Stage exhibition at National Trust property Plas Newydd.

Working closely from the outset with curators and conservators from the National Trust, Arciform developed ways to integrate new temporary structures, signage, displays, and AV expriences that had zero impact on the Grade 1 listed building and the objects contained within. Inert materials were used as buffers, large structures were pressure fit and clamped into place, and with hidden ballast for freestanding objects, bespoke solutions were created for a 'no fix' and completely reversible installation methodology that protected the fabric of the building and it's contents.

Fabricated in our Liverpool workshop, all items were transported to site and installed with care and sensitivity to the property by our team of experienced art and AV technicians.
